We were reaching the climax of Group B and with 5 games each already under their belts, the teams now had just 2 games left to stake their claim for the knock-out phase of the tournament. We began Round 6 with Argon'ze versus Fiorentina Turner 1.

The French team had struggled a little this morning with 1 win and 4 defeats so far. Contrast this with Fiorentina Turner 1 who had 3 wins and 2 defeats. Argon'ze had a -6 goal difference whereas Fiorentina Turner 1 were in credit to the tune of +6.

Fiorentina Turner 1 had scored 11 so far today and Daniel Camm scored their 12 th of Group B to put them 1-0 up. Camm was on target for a second time to increase the lead to 2-0. It was not totally one way traffic as Vincent Cafiero scored his second in as many games to reduce the lead to 2-1.

Daniel Camm restored the two goal cushion as he completed his hat-trick to make it 3-1. He was the second Fiorentina Turner 1 man to bag a hat-trick today after Harry Boys' earlier in the day. Matt Carpenter completed the scoring to make it 4-1 as Fiorentina Turner 1 collected their fourth win of the tournament.

Fiorentina Turner 1 consolidated fourth position, Argon'ze slipped to seventh.

Game 22 of Group B and it was the big one – Naranjitos versus Galacticos. These were the two heavyweights in the group B and after 5 games of football both had a 100% winning record intact. For one of these teams, maybe both, that record would end here. There really was nothing between these two teams to date. Both teams sat on 15 points, both had scored 12 goals and the solitary goal Galacticos conceded against Fiorentina Turner 1 was the only difference between the two sides.

With the game underway it was Naranjitos who broke the deadlock with Alvar Diez Benavente scoring his second of the tournament. Yaaseen Patel then became the first man to breach the Spanish team's defence today though as he equalized to make it 1-1.

The draw was not the worst result in the world for either team – it took both teams to 16 points and with the chasing pack 4 points behind on 12 it ensured that both Naranjitos and Galacticos would qualify for the Cup competition. The Group B title was still up for grabs though.

The result ended Naranjitos' record of 12 consecutive wins in the group phase of the Barcelona Fives. Their unbeaten record in the group phase continued though and now reached 16 games.

The teams in third and fifth position met next in Group B as LT United entertained CAP FC. 3 points separated the two teams at kick-off. A win for LT United would open up a 6 point gap and mean they would qualify for the Plate at the very least. A win for CAP FC would really put the pressure on the Lithuanian team. They would draw level on points knowing they had a walkover win to come so LT United would have to win their final game.

LT United would come into the game on a high as they had just secured a resounding 4-0 win over Fail Madrid 2. CAP FC would also have the wind in their sails with a 2-1 win over Argon'ze. It was LT United who continued their recent form though.

In the previous game Linas Vaiciukauskas had scored his first of the day. He was to double his tally when he scored the opening goal here. Edgaras Buzas then took over goal-scoring duties as he bagged his sixth and seventh of the tournament as LT United extended their lead to 3-0. There was no way back for CAP FC.

LT United had booked their place in the Plate Semi-Finals. CAP FC knew they would be playing their knockout football in the Trophy competition.

The last game before the final round of fixtures was Fail Madrid 2 who collected their 3-0 walkover victory over Prospe FC.
