Round 4 of Group A began with Energie Cobalt against DHL Prague Red. The two teams were currently in 5th and 6th place but a win for either would put them back in the mix in Group A. Defeat would almost certainly mean missing out on the Cup/Plate and playing in the Trophy – particularly for Energie Cobalt.

These teams have played in more eurofootballfives.com tournaments than any other and have met along the way on three previous occasions with DHL Prague winning on all occasions (1-0 in the 2007 Prague Trophy, 4-0 in the 2008 Barca Fives and 3-1 in the 2010 Prague Masters).

Could the CSF (playing as Energie Cobalt) break their duck and get that first win against their Czech opponents? Not today was the answer as DHL Prague Red not only secured victory but claimed their biggest win yet with a commanding 8-0 performance. Chief architect of the victory was David Asamoah who scored an incredible 6-goals in the game with Meysam Sarabadani and Paul Narum chipping in for good measure.

Energie Cobalt were now a little adrift at the foot of the table but DHL Prague Red were upwardly mobile in 3rd.

So up next was Hasanheide Camels against FC Wein Schweine Fliegen. The Germans were currently top of the table and were looking to hold off the Northern Monkeys in 2nd. FC Wein Schweine Fliegen could move within a point of their opponents if they could claim victory.

Hasanheide Camels started well with Steve Tattum putting them ahead and it was a lead that would see them reach half-time in the ascendency. It was far from one way traffic though as Jack Croft found the net for FC Weine Schweine Fliegen but the Camels had just enough in the tank as Vincent Pfafflin's goal saw them safely through to a 2-1 win.

The result meant the Camels were now 5 points clear at the top but FC Weine Schweine had now dropped to 5th position.

Round 4 would be concluded with Northern Monkeys taking on Horribly Hungover. Given Hasanheide Camels' win above the Northern Monkeys needed a win to keep pace with the league leaders and reconfirm their place in second position and with it ensure Cup qualification. Horribly Hungover were not out of the race for the Cup and could go second themselves with a victory of their own.

David Dyson's 4th goal of the day in the opening period meant all was going well for the Northern Monkeys. With a 1-0 lead going into the second half all was in their own hands. Arran Balls then equalized for Horribly Hungover and the game was back in the balance. There was to be no further addition to the score and the game ended 1-1.

The result meant there was only two points separating the teams in 2nd to 5th place meaning there was all to play for going into the last round of fixtures.
