Pangare Futebol Clube win Open Age category whilst Talhos Mariete take Veterans glory.

The Lisbon Tournament debuted in 2013 and since then has had a string of Portuguese winners despite a host of overseas challengers. In 2017, there was success for Brazil's Pangare Futebol Clube who defeated Portugal's Wonderleague in the Cup Final.

There was English success in the Plate competition as AAK S&S won the honours with Gary Bartley finishing as tournament top goalscorer thanks to his 11 goals.

In the Veterans tournament, it was Talhos Mariete who made it 3 wins out of 3 for Portuguese teams in the Lisbon editions of our Veterans Tournament. They defeated Hungary's FC Miracle in the Cup Final. Laszlo Zsolt of FC Miracle was the top goalscorer with 16 goals.

In the Plate competition of the Veterans tournament there was another English win with Jims40yearoldveg defeating Porto's Compact Records on penalties.

Thank you to all 28 teams who participated at the event and ensured it was a massive success!
