It was Game 7 of Group C and all eyes were on Pitch A for the game between AB Kirby FC and Tommy's Tits. The two teams both had one win and one win loss to their name. Their Group C hopes were at a cross-roads and a win in this game would go a long way to deciding their fate for the afternoon knock-out phase. Three points and they would be up with the leaders, a defeat and they would be left behind.

There was not much in it in the first half and the two teams looked well matched. The two teams were locked together at 0-0 when the half-time whistle blew. The deadlock continued into the second half and this game looked increasingly like it would be just one strike to win it.

Cometh the hour, cometh the man and that man was Adam Hutchings with his third goal of the tournament to win it for Tommy's Tits. They joined the two Spanish teams at the top of the table.

AB Kirby FC were unlucky to miss out – they had two games left to grab the wins they needed for qualification.

Whiteley Bad Boys would next be in action against El A Dees. The two teams were at the foot of the table and were in desperate need of points. The pressure was really on as the games progressed. The two teams went at it in the first half but were locked together at 0-0.

El A Dees were below par today by their own admission but, like Cheesecake FC in Group B, if they could sneak into the Cup who knows what could happen in the knock-out phase with their form and confidence regained. To do so they had to win this one. A draw was no good for either side and would keep them in 5th /6th position.

We were to get a winner in this fixture and it was Chris Kay of El A Dees who struck the killer blow. El A Dees had a lifeline, could they take advantage in the next two games.

Whiteley Bad Boys were in need of a change of luck and change of results as they were arguably the strongest team in Group C….they must be….they were holding up the rest.

The final game of Round 3 saw Sportsman Arenal meet Peluqeria Styl. It was a battle of the Spanish teams and a battle of the two teams at the top of the table at the start of Round 3. This was Group C's clash of the titans between two undefeated teams with two 100% records to protect. One of those 100% records would go…if not both.

Round 3 in Group C was taking on a familiar pattern. All three games went into half-time 0-0 and in all three games we had one decisive strike in the second half. In all three games the goal went to the “away” team and that team in this game was Peluqeria Styl. Diego Rodriguez grabbed the vital goal.

Peluqeria Styl opened up a three point lead at the top, Sportsman Arenal would hold joint 2nd position.
