Inter
Women were knocked out of the 2012 Mallorca Tournament
on penalties in the Cup Quarter-Finals and came
back to Mallorca with a score to settle. They
had unfinished business on the beautiful Balearic
island and were superb in their chase of their
title. They looked strong from start to finish
and completed victory with a 4-0 win over Peluqeria
Styl of Spain in the Cup Final.
For
Peluqeria Styl it was unlucky for a second time
as they were beaten finalists in 2012 also by
Cosegur Balear. The Plate competition was won
by Have Ago Heroes who defeated Cheesecake FC
in the Final.
Wooden
Spoon honours were claimed by Arenal Vets and
personal honours were claimed by Daniel Powell
who scored 17 on the day. It was his third top
goalscorer award having picked up the trophy at
the 2011 Amsterdam Fives, 2012 and 2013 Mallorca
Tournaments.
