The first game of Round 2 saw Inter Women meet AFC Ramos. Both teams were unbeaten but the Welsh were better off going into the game thanks to a first goal win. When the game finished this wasn't the case as Inter Women added a win to their first game draw and they went top of Group A on 4 points….temporarily at least.

In the first half of this game Inter Women forget ahead 2-1 with a potential contentious moment over the AFC Ramos goal scored by Nick McNally who scored from a throw-in. At first glance it looked like it had gone straight in and should have been disallowed but members of both teams said afterwards it had brushed an arm on the way although this wasn't obvious to all at first. The goal kept AFC Ramos in the hunt.

Their hopes of a comeback were extinguished in the second half though as Inter Women extended their lead to 3-1 and then 4-1 to wrap up the victory with goals from Ronnie Powell (2), Jack Mackreth and Daniel Powell.

Inter Women started off with a draw followed by a win in Amsterdam. Things were following a familiar pattern – could it have the same result with tournament victory here.

It was an all-Spanish affair in Game 5 as Son Gual took on Di Stefano Peluguira. The former were looking to bounce back from an opening defeat whilst Di Stefano Peluguira could join Inter Women at the top with a win.

Similar to the game above it was 2-1 at half-time and it was Di Stefano who held the advantage. They also kicked on to extend their lead, just like Inter Women had against AFC Ramos, and they went from 3-1 to 4-1 and then one better to 5-1. It was a crucial goal as it put them ahead of Inter Women on goal difference and currently on top of Group A – although Olympic Phil Babb had a game in hand.

The goals for Di Stefano Peluguira went to Raul Garcia Judar (x2), Alberto Fernandez Fernandez (x2) and the crucial 5th goal from Marcos Canas Renbert. Bart El Cerebro scored for Son Gual but it was a mere consolation as they were yet to get off the mark in this tournament.

To complete the second round of fixtures was Olympic Phil Babb versus Vodafone Rangers. Olympic Phil Babb could go top of the table if they could make it 2 wins out of 2 whereas Vodafone Rangers were looking to get their first points on the board – not ideal opponents to do it against.

Olympic Phil Babb had started off with a solid but unspectacular win in Round 1 but they were stronger in this one as James Cooper bagged two first half-goals to put them in command at the break. In the second half, Olympic Phil Babb's new signing Oliver Housden made it 3-0 and secured maximum points for the men in green. They led the table with two wins out of two.

Vodafone Rangers were still looking for their first points but still had three games left in Group A to turn their fortunes around.
