Dynamo Gunt and Saipan FC came into Round 2 unbeaten after their opening fixtures. The former had taken victory, the latter had earned a draw. The two teams would look to build on a solid platform to the day's proceedings.

Dynamo Gunt entered the eurofootballfives.com fold at the 2011 Valencia Fives as Longest In The Shower (L.I.T.S) and Shortest In The Shower (S.I.T.S). L.I.T.S reached the Plate Semi-Finals before going out to eventual winners Kings Old Boys. S.I.T.S qualified for the Cup competition but went out to eventual Cup winners Skidmarks. At the 2013 Mallorca Fives the two teams had a tough ride in a strong competition and missed out on the knock-out stages. For the 2014 Budapest Fives the teams concentrated their powers into one squad – L.I.T.S. It was a successful move as they were unbeaten in their first 4 games but 3 draws slowed their progress in a very tough group. They qualified for the Plate where they lost 5-2 to Meglepetes (Cup Semi-Finalists in the 2015 Budapest Fives).

For their 2nd visit to Mallorca they are re-branded as Dynamo Gunt and were looking like continuing that positive Budapest start. They opened up with a win in Round 1 and at half-time were on course for a second win. Goals from Hamish Toon and Tony Russon (four goals, four different scorers so far) gave them a 2-1 lead. A Max Halley goal kept Saipan FC in it.

Ignacio Mochales Cuesta had equalized twice in Round 1 for Saipan FC and he was at it again here as third goal of the day made it 2-2. This was to be a springboard for Saipan FC as Ignacio Mochales Cuesta put his team 3-2 up before Max Halley made it 4-2 and take all three points.

As with the above tie, we had two teams on the pitch who came into Round 2 unbeaten after their opening fixtures. We've Got Wood would play Stanford FC with the former having taken victory and the latter having earned a draw. Stanford FC would aim to emulate Saipan FC by adding 3 points to their initial 1.

Whereas the previous game had been full of goals this one was much tighter with the two defences dominating their opposing attacks. Half-time came and went with the scores still level at 0-0. We've Got Wood had been here before in the first game where they were goalless at the break before kicking on to victory. A repeat would see them go top of the table.

The second half went much the same way as the first with the scorers untroubled. The full time whistle drew the curtain on proceedings and we still had the 0-0 stalemate in place. It was a point each which would've suited We've Got Wood more than Stanford FC.

The game that would complete Round 2 was Morgans Magaluf against Policia Local. This was a big fixture for these two teams who had lost their first game and would need to react quickly to ignite their 2015 Mallorca Tournament campaign.

It proved to be a close opening period of play and in fact there was nothing to separate the two teams at half-time. We were level at 0-0.

It is a cliché to say that “goals change games” and “a game of two halves” and both were apparent here. Jose Bautista scored the opening goal of the game for Policia Local and the 2011 champions never looked back. Fidel Alonso scored his second of the tournament to make it 2-0 and shortly after his second of the game to make it 3-0. It was game, set and match to Policia Local who rose to third place in the table with the victory.

Morgans Magaluf resided in 6th position but still had three group games to go in order to turn their fortunes around.
