Group B began with Blue Collars Revolution from France taking on FC Shark of England. The French team were on debut so we would get our first glimpse of them in action soon.

FC Shark entered the eurofootballfives.com fold at the 2015 Barcelona Fives. They began with a 3-3 draw against Spain's FC Prospe before defeats to Freshers FC (4-0), the eventual champions Club Esportiu Llefia (3-2) and finished with a 1-1 draw against FC Atwood. They qualified for the Trophy and defeated Carazur 3-2 in the Quarter-Finals. They exited at the Semi-Final stage following a 3-0 defeat to Equipo De Cristhian.

Their second appearance was at the 2016 Riga Tournament. They drew a tough group that produced the Cup, Plate and Trophy champions but they were holding their own after 3 games with 2 draws and 1 defeat. The group campaign finished with 2 defeats (to the eventual Cup winners and a Cup Semi-Finalist) and so the Trophy awaited them in the knock-out phase. Their sister club FC Maroon accounted for them at this stage with a 4-1 win.

They began their 2017 Mallorca Tournament campaign against Blue Collar Revolution who proved to be formidable foes. The French team scored the first goal in Group B with Maxime Hatton the scorer. In the second half Maxime Hatton added a second before Firmin Sylla and Thomas Bastien completed a comprehensive 4-0 win.

Next up was Valecuatro of Spain against Mannenliefde of Holland. Both teams were also on debut and had a blank canvas on which to paint their footballing artistry.

We witnessed an even and competitive first half with neither team able to break down their opposition and we reached the change of ends with the teams locked together at 0-0. In the second half we had the breakthrough as Rene Flooren and Marijn Beck both found the back of the net. It was the perfect start for Mannenliefde and a great win.

It was early days for Valecuatro but they still had plenty of time to get their 2017 Mallorca Fives campaign back on track in Group B.

Game 3 of Group B saw Forn de N'aine taking on Fleet Street Elite A. Forn de N'aina were Mallorca based but consisted of players from Argentina. On the day we displayed them as representing Spain but they would prefer to represent their Argentine homeland.

Fleet Street Elite FC were making a fourth eurofootballfives.com appearance when they took to the field in Mallorca. They made their debut at the 2013 Lisbon Tournament playing as “Lads of Lisboa”. They made a fine start with a 5-2 victory over Breckland FC. Defeat followed to Hungary's Csabagyongye before victory over FC Dad (1-0) and 2 defeats to the 2 Portuguese sides in their group. They finished 4 th in their group and qualified for the Plate Semi-Finals before going out to FC Dynamoes. Their 2nd appearance was at the 2015 Budapest Fives where they finished 4th in their group to progress to the Plate competition. They drew 2-2 in the Quarter-Finals with Peckham Legends and went on to win the penalty shoot-out. A narrow 1-0 defeat to Spain's Naranjitos saw them exit at the Semi-Final stage.

12 months ago they were in action at the 2016 Krakow Trophy with two squads for the first time. The Krakow tournament was of a particularly high standard in 2016 and as a result the two teams found it tough going – Fleet Street Elite 1 finished 6th in Group A, Fleet Street Elite A finished 5th in Group C. Both teams avoided the Wooden Spoon and would play in the Plate knock-out competition where they would exit at the Quarter-Final stage. A fresh start awaited in Mallorca.

After the early exchanges it was Forn De N'aina who established the early lead as Mateo Tessore scored their first goal in eurofootballfives.com competition. Alexis Ferreira doubled the lead before half-time. The three points were secure with a third goal after the break as Matias De Llano completed the win.
