FC Xaverov and JNJ Globl Services were occupying mid table when they met in this all Czech encounter. This was a real opportunity for each team to make a big push towards cup qualification. It was FC Xaverov who started the brighter as Michal Predikant scored his fourth of the tournament to give the men in yellow the lead. It was a lead they were to maintain until half time. The second half was also close as the teams shared two more goals which gave FC Xaverov a 2-1 victory and second place. Stanislov Klco's second of the day proving to be the match winning strike. JNJ Global Service's scorer was Vincent Solem, but on it's own would not earn the points for JNJ Global Services. JNJ remained in the Plate qualification places with one more game to go.

Olympic Phil Babb were back in action again in game 7 as they met Ken Dodd's Diddy Men who were fresh from their first win of the day. Olympic Phil Babb, whilst made to work hard, showed no signs of giving up their 100 record as they went into the break one goal to the good, courtesy of Will Smith. Olympic Phil Babb continued their free scoring form with Alex Woolston and Martin Hinks also scoring later in the game. Ken Dodd's Diddy Men did manage to find the net against their illustrious opponents when Barry Cole scored his fifth in three games to keep him riding high in the top goalscorer charts. The final score of 3-1 menat Olympic Phil Babb had qualified for the Cup with one game to spare. The destiny of Ken Dodd's Diddy Men was still to be decided with their final group pending.

Meal Machine's third fixture was against JNJ Global Services team who had lost two on the bounce after an opening win. This could well be a great opportunity to claim their first points if JNJ showed signs of demoralization. That didn't appear to be the case though as Josef Salatek gave the Czech team a 1-0 lead at the break. From there they seemed to get back into their stride as they rattled in three goals in the second half through Matin Kolmhofer, WilconVelhuizen and Vincent Solem. The result put JNJ Global Services in third place level with FC Xaverov on 6 points but behind on goal difference- they needed FC Xaverov to lose their last game by 2 goals to sneak into the Cup Competition. Meal Machine would remain in fifth position.

As touched on above, FC Xaverov would need to avoid a 2 goal defeat to make the Cup. Ken Dodd's Diddy Men could join FC Xaverov and JNJ Global Services on 6 points with a win, and would need to win by three goals or more to go through to the Cup on goal difference. The game started off well for them as Barry Cole's sixth of the tournament meant that FC Xaverov were charging on to second place at this stage. Their task became easier when Michal Predikant equalized for the Czech team. Ken Dodd's Diddy Men would now ned to score 2 to put JNJ through and 3 to see themselves through. There was to be no further addition to the score though and the point from the 1-1 draw meant FC Xaverov would qualify for the Cup. Ken Dodd's Diddy Men and JNJ would make the Plate.

The final game of Group C was between Olympic Phil Babb and Meal Machine. In terms of the league table the result was immaterial as Olympic Phil Babb had already won the group, whereas Meal Machine were four points off fourth place with just three points available. Olympic Phil Babb took the opportunity to mix their team around, but this should not be seen as them entering a weakened team. The proof of this particular pudding was in the fact that Phil Babb opened up a 4-1 lead with goals from James Batty (2), James Cooper and Alex Woolston. Meal Machine then started a courageous fight back as Sam Walmsley claimed the third goal of what was a quick fire hat trick to bring the teams level at 4-4. The unbelievable then happened as Julian Perdikov scored the games 9 th and final goal to turn a 4-1 deicit into a 5-4 victory. If you'd bet on that mid way through the first half you'd have lost your house on this result. An incredible performance from Meal Machine although, alas, it could not prevent their qualification to the Wooden Spoon playoffs.
