2 started with Brioche FS versus We've Got Wood.
Both teams had started off with a victory in Round
1. If either team could secure a second victory
in this position it would put them in a commanding
position in Group D.

It
suggested that Brioche FS would start the game
as favourites and they lived up to the billing
as Juan Carlos Ensenyat put the Spanish team 1-0
up. We've Got Wood brought an enlarged and arguably
stronger squad to Mallorca this year and they
certainly kept pace with their opponents in this
game.
The
second half was very even and the teams shared
four goals with Migui Las and Pau Bujosa on target
for Brioche FS. Terry King (with a 35 yard screamer)
and Justin Hibberd were on the mark for We've
Got Wood. Final score, 3-2.
