Pink Flamingos soar to victory at the 2015 Berlin Fives

Pink Flamingos joined the eurofootballfives.com circuit in 2015 and made their debut at the 2015 Berlin Fives. It was a fine debut for the club who entered two teams and both qualified for the elite Cup competition. The A Team went all the way to victory as they defeated Hurting Berlin 1-0 in a very close Cup Final. Ireland had won their first ever eurofootballfives.com tournament last weekend when Saipan FC won the Mallorca Tournament - we were so close to then having Irish winners at successive events!

In the Plate competition there was success for Tommie's Guns against Rayford Athletic in what will go down as one of the great Plate Finals. Tommie's Guns lead 1-0 before Rayford Athletic wrestled control of the Final to lead 2-1 with moments to go. Tommie's Guns struck late - not once but twice to claim a sensational victory.

Wooden Spoon honours were claimed by Germany's SV Zoo and personal honours also went Germany's way as Coole Wampe's Konstantin Kausch scored in every game he played with a total of 9 on the day to claim the top goalscorer prize.
