Round 3 started with JNJ Russia taking on Cilag Team 1. It was the top two in the table, both with unbeaten records but Cilag Team 1 holding the advantage with a 100% winning record – could they continue it?

This would be their hardest task so far against the 2013 JNJ Euro Soccer Tournament winners. JNJ Russia hadn't been at their best in 2014 but they looked more like their 2013 selves here in Prague. Even a team of their caliber though couldn't prevent Cilag Team 1 taking the lead. Damir Ajvazi put his team ahead with his second goal of the tournament before Dalibor Bukovac opened his personal account to make it 2-0.

JNJ Russia were 2-0 down at half time. They were 1-0 down to JNJ High Wycombe B in their last game and managed to recover but this was a much tougher ask. Not only was it an extra goal to recover but against a better team. JNJ Russia fought hard and whilst they prevented conceding further goals they were unable to make any inroads into the Cilag Team 1 defence.

With no further addition to the score, Cilag Team 1 won 2-0 and moved on to 9 points out of a possible 9.

JNJ High Wycombe B and Leeds One was the next big kick-off on Pitch B. Since JNJ High Wycombe had gone with two teams at the start of the 2013 tournament this was the strongest showing to date by the B team. Before today the B team, had played 10, lost 10, scored 2, conceded 24. Prague 2015 was a different story though as they were currently unbeaten with 4 points from 6 including a game against the 2013 winners and they had only conceded the 1 goal so far.

Could they keep up this winning record against a Leeds One team who only had 1 point to show for their efforts so far. At half-time we were no closer to knowing who would win this game as we reached the break level at 0-0.

The game would not end goal-less though and we had 3 goals to enjoy after the break with Leeds One emerging victorious 2-1. George Lazaro scored his team's second goal of the tournament – he was the joint 2 nd top goalscorer in Bratislava last year and he'd clearly brought his shooting boots along to Prague this year too. He was ably assisted by James High who scored his first of the day and what proved to be the winner.

For JNJ High Wycombe B there was a first eurofootballfives.com goal for Emmanuel Aisabokhae. The 2-1 win for Leeds One meant these two teams were locked together on 4 points in the Group C table.

GBS Reds B and JNJ Middle East would meet in game 9 of Group C. GBS Reds B could rightly bemoan a very tough fixture list at the start of Group C having played both JNJ Russia and Cilag Team 1 – conceding 5 in both as they found themselves at the foot of the table.

JNJ Middle East had participated in two very close games picking up a 1-1 draw with Leeds One and a narrow 1-0 defeat to JNJ High Wycombe B. Could this be the game where they break their winning duck and claim all 3 points. It was in Round 3 of Group A at the 2014 Bratislava Fives when GBS Reds and JNJ Middle East met last year. JNJ Middle East won that 3-0 and how they would desire a repeat of that score here.

Ross McAnlis had played in the 2013 JNJ Euro Soccer Tournament and scored for Fi Tighe FC. He was making his first appearance for JNJ Middle East today and scored in his third game as he gave JNJ Middle East a 1-0 first-half lead.

There was to be no further score in the second half and McAnlis' goal meant it was a first three points of the day to JNJ Middle East as they became one of four teams locked in joint second place on four points in Group C. For GBS Reds B, the table didn't look good as they were cut adrift at the bottom.
