Last but not least, we come to Group C where the group began with JNJ Russia against GBS Reds B.

JNJ Russia competed at the 2012 JNJ Euro Soccer Tournament in Prague and have been ever present since. JNJ Russia A won the Group A title with a 100% record (a group that featured eventual winners JNJ Croatia). The B team went out to JNJ High Wycombe at the Quarter-Final stage. In 2013 they won the entire tournament with 7 wins in 7 games as 13 goals from Artem Khodas also meant the top goalscorer came from JNJ Russia.

At the 2014 Bratislava Fives tournament they had two teams – both finished 3rd in their group and both went onto reach the Plate Final. In that final JNJ Russia B defeated JNJ Russia A to glory. The tournament top goalscorer was again from JNJ Russia as Gaspar Arutyunov won the prize with 10 goals on the day.

GBS Reds A have also been ever present at the JNJ Euro Soccer Tournament with one team in Budapest 2013 and Bratislava 2014. This is the second time the B team has appeared after Prague 2012.

JNJ Russia made a great start to the tournament with Stainislav Martynov scoring their first goal of the day. Gaspar Arutyunov continued his fine form from Bratislava with a hat-trick (taking him to 22 goals in the JNJ Euro Soccer Tournament in total) and there was also a goal from Vladimir Doroshenkov. Final score, 5-0.

Match 2 in Group C saw JNJ Middle East take on England's JNJ High Wycombe B in a game that saw JNJ Middle East earn a 2-0 win this time last year.

JNJ Middle East (UAE) were a great addition to the tournament when they made their debut at the 2014 JNJ Euro Soccer Tournament in Bratislava and we're delighted to see them back in 2015. They became the first team to compete from outside Europe when they took to the field last year. They had a tough start against defending champions JNJ Russia A losing narrowly 2-1. They didn't have to wait long for their first win as they defeated JNJ High Wycombe B and GBS Reds in quick succession. A 3-1 defeat to JNJ Serbia and a 1-0 loss to Tekkers Lovakia halted their progress but they had done enough to finish 4 th and qualify for the Plate competition. Their day ended at the Semi-Final stage losing to JNJ Russia B via Golden Goal.

JNJ High Wycombe B are the sister squad of the defending champions and it was they who took the lead in this game through an unusual source – their goalkeeper. Sean Wing took a free kick and the JNJ Middle East goalkeeper misjudged the bounce. It was a horrible way to lose a goal and, as it turned out, to lose the game. JNJ High Wycombe B were off and running with a win.

The last two teams to get underway were Leeds One versus Cilag Team 1 – the latter was on debut and had a blank canvas on which to paint their footballing artistry.

Leeds One took to the field in Prague having made their debut in the competition at last year's 2014 Bratislava event. They competed as S & OP FC and their games provided us with more goals than any other team competing – 38 goals in 6 fixtures. It started with a 9 goal thriller they narrowly lost 5-4 to JNJ Zug before a debut win 2-0 over Gerri Hatricks FC. They went down 4-1 to JNJ Russia B before a great 3-2 win over J&J Poland. They then lost to the champions in waiting JNJ High Wycombe A. They had qualified for the Plate Semi-Finals where the champions from Budapest 2013, JNJ Russia A, accounted for them. They bring two teams to mount their 2015 challenge in Prague – was this a twin-pronged attack on glory or had they diluted their strengths?
