It
was great to be back in Amsterdam for the sixth
edition of the Amsterdam Sixes. On a glorious
summer's day we had another sold out full tournament.
After 36 games of action, FC NoeNoe emerged victorious
to hold the cherished trophy aloft.
Humble
Goats came close and finished second as they were
denied victory with a second half comeback from
FC NoeNoe. Humble Goats had now finished runners-up
in 2022 and 2024.
In
the Plate competition there was success for Dnipro
as they claimed succss for the first time. They
defeated last year's Cup winners Shaheens United
(Ned) 3-0 in the Plate Final.
The
personal honours were claimed by Haroun Kamarkheyl
of FC NoeNoe who scored 10 goals on the day.
What
a great atmosphere we had at the tournament on
what was a wonderful sporting weekend. |
