It
was great to be back in Amsterdam for our triple
header of Fives, Sevens and Sixes on the 13th
(Fives, Sevens) and 20th July (Sixes). In the
Fives Cup competition there was a first ever Swiss
win as they took the title won by Foot 130 of
France last year. Luca Toni FC defeated Jamaica
Bell in the Cup Final to win the ultimate prize.
In
the Plate competition there was travelling success
for Tilbury Douglas who finished the tourrnament
strongly and were worthy winners with just 1 defeat
in 7 games. They defeated Argon'ze A of France
who collected second place medals.
The
personal honours were claimed by Carlos Gazapo
of Luca Toni FC who scored 11 goals on the day.
What
a great atmosphere we had at the tournament on
what was a wonderful sporting weekend. |
