The Wooden Spoon Semi-Finals were the easiest games of the tournament to referee as neither game kicked off.

When the second Semi-Final playoff was due to kick off Inter YourNan also withdrew citing injuries as the main reason (some self inflicted due to the various attractive Albufeira hostelries of the previous evening). The result meaning Milton FC would join Whiteley VII in the Wooden Spoon Final.
