Vodafone FC and Your Mum's Athletic had both found their form and rhythm as this tournament had developed and they came head-to-head in an intriguing Semi-Final match up. Your Mum's Athletic were on a charge with 3 consecutive wins behind them but it was Vodafone FC who drew first blood. Mohamed Swatti of Vodafone FC emulated his team-mate Matt Skeath's heroics of the Quarter-Final by choosing the perfect moment to score his first goals of the competition and, again, not once but twice. His goals gave Vodafone a 2-1 lead at the break with Matthew Totman's goal for Your Mum's Athletic keeping it tight. Their hopes of a comeback were sunk though when Tim Romback made it 3-1 with the killer goal that settled the tie.

Chingford Athletic were aiming to make it an all English final when they took on Montenegro FC of Portugal . The game was also a chance for them to avenge their sister squad, Chingford Squires, Quarter-Final defeat against the same opposition. The game started well for them and they broke the deadlock thanks to Lawrence Kierans. Not to be beaten though Montenegro FC hit back in the second half and equalized through Luis Felipe Reis. As the time ticked away the referee blew the final whistle to close proceedings at 1-1. We were now into Golden Goal extra time of 3 minutes each way but only one minute was needed as Chingford Athletic scored to put Montenegro FC out and send them to their first eurofootballfives final at the first attempt.
