Group B began with Lozenetz City taking on Chase Terrace Rangers. Lozenetz City from Bulgaria need no introduction to eurofootballfives.com regulars as they are winners of the 2009 Prague Masters and 2010 Manchester Fives. They also have two second placed finishes at the 2010 Amsterdam Fives and 2010 Prague Masters plus a Cup Semi exit at the 2009 Barca Fives when they lost on penalties to the eventual winners, Luminy Wolves of France. Two of their three exits have come on penalties so it will be a strong team to stop the Bulgarians as they search for title number 3.

It was therefore a hugely daunting opening fixture for Chase Terrace Rangers but one they acquitted themselves to well. For long periods of the game they held their illustrious opponents and it wasn't until the second half that the deadlock was broken when captain Alex Kyulev put Lozenetz City 1-0 up. Before the end Rossen Kanev made it 2-0 and secured the victory. It was a good opening performance for Chase Terrace Rangers but no points to show for their exploits.

Group B's second game was going to be a tough one to call as it was two teams making their debut and we were yet to see the teams in action. Coverton Road FC versus  Longest In Shower was the fixture and it was the former who took the early advantage. Goals from Tommy Augarde and Seb Palin sent them into the interval 2-1 up.

A strike from Spanish loan signing Alberto kept Longest In The Shower in touching distance and being only a goal behind meant all was not lost. In the second period Richard Harland proved that point as he grabbed an equaliser. There was to be no more scoring and the points were shared. Final score, 2-2.

Rollert FS provided the Spanish challenge in Group B and they began their campaign in Game 3 against Lozenetz City. The Bulgarian challengers were playing their second game and already had some early momentum. Rollert FS were making their first eurofootballfives.com appearance and, like Chase Terrace Rangers before, was a tough one.

Lozenetz City started this game as strongly as they finished the first and took a 1-0 lead through Vencislav Georgiev. It would now be an uphill struggle for Rollert FS and it was a struggle that was going to be even more difficult when Georgiev bagged his second of the game and Lozenetz City now had a 2-0 lead.

That's the way it finished and Lozenetz City looked good on 6 points with no goals conceded. Rollert FS would need to put this result behind them as they continued their Group B challenge.

Game 4 was the scheduled meeting of Chase Terrace Rangers versus Coverton Road. Chase Terrace Rangers had played well in the first game but with no reward. In the first half of this game they found themselves on the back foot early and quickly found themselves 3-0 down.

Jack Snape, Tommy Augarde and Snape again were the goalscorers as Coverton Road found themselves ahead at half-time for the second successive game. Last time they were pegged back for a draw but this time the lead was more comfortable. The lead was one they would not relinquish despite a goal back from Chase Terrace Ranger's Adam Green. Seb Palin put the icing on a cake for a solid 4-1 victory and 2nd place in the Group B table.

Chase Terrace Rangers had opened their scoring account but needed a run of results to get their Valencia Fives campaign off the ground.

The game that would take us to the half-way stage of Group B was Longest In The Shower versus Rollert FS. The game was an opportunity for both teams to register their first victory and climb the table.

Rollert FS opened the scoring through Alex (not the Chelsea player) and before the opening half had drawn to a conclusion had added a second to put the Spanish team in control of this game.

Longest In The Shower staged a second half recovery in their first game to earn a point and would have to repeat the feat to get another draw or a victory here. However, that didn't look on the cards when Rollert FS's Alex completed his hat-trick and effectively put the tie beyond doubt. The result put Rollert FS third and saw Longest in The Shower slip back into fourth position.
