Los de Casa lose Valencia crown as Skidmarks claim debut victory!

Skidmarks defeated defending champions Los de Casa (playing as Futbol City in 2010) not once but twice on the way to the 2011 Valencia Fives title. The two teams met in Group C and again in the final as Skidmarks notched up two convincing wins - 6-3 and 4-0. There was also personal glory for Skidmarks' Luke Hatfield as he claimed the top goalscorer award with 13 goals in 7 games.

In the Plate competition it was two familiar teams to eurofootballfives competition both reaching their first European final with us as Kings Old Boys met Bridge House. Kings Old Boys stormed into a 3-0 lead before Bridge House pegged them back to 3-2 but the sands of time ran out on Bridge House as Kings Old Boys collected the winning trophy.

Karma FC were the Wooden Spoon winners following a 2-1 Golden Goal victory over Chase Terrace Rangers.

It was a great day's competition and played in a sensational atmosphere. Roll on the 2012 Valencia Fives!
