Match
2 saw FC Xaverov take on Dark Horses. FC Xaverov,
of the Czech Republic, made their debut in the
2010 Prague Masters and had a pretty tough draw.
They finished 2nd in their group behind champions
Olympic Phil Babb and then got knocked out in
the Cup Quarter-Finals to 2010 Prague Trophy
champions Deportivo. They will hope for a kinder
draw this time.
Dark
Horses made their eurofootballfives debut in
the 2010 Amsterdam Fives where they claimed
success at the first attempt when they lifted
the Plate Trophy. They also boasted the Amsterdam
top goalscorer in 2010 as captain Richard Walker
topped the goalscoring charts with 8 goals.
FC
Xaverov started off well in contrast to the
Dark Horses who started off slowly (largely
due to the delights of Prague's nightlife).
FC Xaverov completed a highly professional victory
with goals from Petr Dvorak and Rudolf Schiller
to give the Czech side their first 3 points.
Although early days, they topped the Group B
table after Round 1.
