The
2012 Amsterdam Fives proved to be a fantastic
day of sporting occasion with teams from across
the UK and across the Netherlands assembled to
do battle for European tournament victory.
CEPL
claimed their first eurofootballfives.com victory
at the 3rd attempt. They came close in the 2011
Krakow Trophy finishing second but went one step
further in Amsterdam to take the ultimate prize.
El A Dees were gallant runners-up and boasted
the tournament's top goalscorer with 13 goals
in 7 games as Oliver Wood picked up the trophy.
In
the Plate competition it was also third time lucky
for Wilhelmus who picked up the winners medals
after two semi-final defeats in 2009 and 2010.
Room 20 were second marking a fine debut for them.
