FC Miracle went into Round 2 looking to overcome opening defeat and get their tournament on track. They would play Sportsman Arenal who had begun well with a 0-0 draw.

George Miller had played well in the first game to keep a clean sheet for Sportsman Arenal but was beaten in this game by Laszlo Zsolt's second of the tournament to give the Hungarians a 1-0 lead at half-time. Laszlo Zsolt was the tournament top goalscorer in Valencia 2012 with 12 goals in 8 games – he was up and running here in Mallorca too. If FC Miracle were to build on their Valencia success it was important they got back to winning ways quickly but their hopes were dealt a blow when Argentine player, Agusto, equalized for the Spanish team.

FC Miracle were pushing forward to try and find a winner but Miller was playing well in the Sportsman goal and FC Miracle were unable to find the killer blow. This changed late on though when Laszlo Horvath converted a well worked move for 2-1.

There was still time for Sportsman Arenal to grab a draw and they almost did but were thwarted in the very last minute by a great Zoltan Biro save. Both goalkeepers did their teams proud in this game and it was FC Miracle who walked away with all three points, 2-1.

Game 5 of Group B saw two teams looking to build on opening game victories and put themselves in charge of Group B. East Compton Eagles probably had the greatest win over FC Miracle but they were unable to carry that form into the opening period of this game as they found themselves 1-0 down to Chika Kalu's second goal in successive games.

East Compton Eagles hit back though and equalized through Sean McCullough's third goal in two games. Chika Kalu thought he had won it for Team Extreme when he converted a corner but the goal was chalked off as the referee had not blown his whistle and was making an Eagle's player retreat from encroaching the corner-taker. It would have been a fine winner but it was not to be and the game finished 1-1.

It was a well-earned point for each team that meant they shared top-spot on 4 points.

We finished off Round 2 with S.I.T.S versus Coverton Road. There is a little bit of history between the two (all convivial of course) as Coverton Road played L.I.T.S in the 2011 Valencia Fives and played out a 2-2 draw. How would they fare against S.I.T.S?

If Coverton Road could win it they would make it a 3-way tie at the top of Group B. S.I.T.S had played well in the first game and only lost narrowly so would hope to get their first points on the board in this game.

Coverton Road were not particularly obliging though and scored their first goal of the day via John Bull. It was to get better before half-time as Tom Augarde made it 2-0. After the interval 2-0 became 3-0 and then 4-0 as John Bull capped a fine personal display with a hat-trick. It was a superb result for Coverton Road as they joined the party at the summit of Group B and lead on goal difference.

S.I.T.S still had 3 games and 9 points to play for so all was not lost for them.
