Game
12 of Group A saw top side Magic Monkeys take
on bottom team London Rivals. There would have
to be a huge change in fortune for a shock here
as Monkeys keeper Szeliga was still to concede
in this tournament so when Russell Chopping opened
the scoring for Magic Monkeys the London Rivals
must have known the writing was on the wall. Chopping
added a second in the game to move him onto 4
for the day, Patrick Moran broke his duck and
Tim Scholes scored his second of the tournament.
The final score of 4-0 was a comfortable one but
London Rivals had one more game to improve their
luck in this tournament. |
