Habemus Papam began the fourth round of Group A fixtures looking to build on an encouraging unbeaten run of two matches. Although both of those results had been draws, they had shown the Dutch side was becoming increasingly difficult to beat, and they now set their sights on claiming a first victory. Standing in their way, however, were the group leaders. Shush IF had collected seven points from their opening three matches and had impressed at both ends of the pitch, knowing another win would strengthen their grip on first place.

The Swedish side quickly demonstrated why they were setting the pace in Group A. Gustav Lewander opened the scoring with his second goal of the tournament before Elias Ndungu doubled the advantage with his first. Shush IF controlled possession, moved the ball with confidence, and rarely allowed Habemus Papam an opportunity to settle. By half-time the Swedes held a deserved 2–0 lead and looked firmly on course for another important three points.

Any hopes of a Habemus Papam comeback were extinguished after the restart as Shush IF continued to produce some of their best football of the day. Oscar To Minh took centre stage, scoring twice to move onto four goals for the tournament, while Gustav Lewander also completed his brace and took his own tally to three. Habemus Papam did manage a consolation through Enzo Pompei, whose second goal of the tournament rewarded his side's perseverance, but it was never enough to threaten the outcome as the Swedish side completed an emphatic 5–1 victory.

The result further underlined Shush IF's credentials as one of the contenders for the title. Three wins and a draw from their opening four matches lifted them onto 10 points, opening up a four-point advantage at the summit and putting them within touching distance of Cup qualification. For Habemus Papam, the defeat ended their unbeaten run, but they remained firmly in contention for a Plate place going into the final round of fixtures, knowing a positive result could still secure progression to the knockout stages.

The battle for the Cup qualification places took centre stage as third-placed FC NoeNoe faced second-placed 6Guys in one of the most significant matches of Group A. 6Guys held a two-point advantage over their rivals and knew that victory would guarantee their place in the Cup competition with a game to spare. FC NoeNoe, meanwhile, had even more riding on the contest. Having seen their remarkable unbeaten run in Amsterdam ended in the previous round, the former champions needed an immediate response. A win would propel them back into second place and put qualification for a third successive Cup campaign firmly back in their own hands.

Stung by their surprise defeat, FC NoeNoe produced a superb response in the opening period. The outstanding performer was Ehsan Aziz, who delivered one of the finest individual displays of the tournament. He opened the scoring before adding a second and then completing a magnificent first-half hat-trick, leaving 6Guys shell-shocked. The Dutch side had been so impressive in their opening two victories, but they found themselves overwhelmed by FC NoeNoe's relentless attacking football and trailed 3–0 at the interval.

To their credit, 6Guys refused to surrender. Louis Blais pulled a goal back with his second strike of the tournament to breathe life into the contest, and the momentum swung further in their favour when goalkeeper Daniel Mantz unleashed a stunning long-range effort to reduce the deficit to 3–2. Suddenly, the comeback was on. With confidence flowing, 6Guys piled forward in search of an equaliser, but FC NoeNoe showed all the composure and experience that has made them one of the competition's most successful teams. They managed the closing stages expertly. The 3–2 victory was a huge result in the context of Group A. FC NoeNoe responded in exactly the right manner after the end of their historic unbeaten run, climbing back into second place and taking control of their own Cup qualification destiny heading into the final round of fixtures. For 6Guys, it was a second consecutive defeat after such a promising start, dropping them to third in the table and leaving their Cup hopes hanging in the balance. Everything would now come down to the final set of group matches.

The final match of Round 4 saw two teams whose campaigns had taken very different paths. Victory United had endured a difficult start with back-to-back defeats before producing one of the shocks of the tournament by defeating FC NoeNoe 3–0. That victory had transformed their outlook, and another win would propel them firmly into contention for a knockout place. Retainers Stoned, meanwhile, had recovered from their heavy opening defeat with successive draws and knew that a first victory would lift them into fourth place, strengthening their hopes of Plate qualification and leaving a slim chance of reaching the Cup.

From the opening whistle, it was clear that Victory United had carried their confidence forward from the previous round. They played with pace, purpose and attacking intent, taking the lead through Ilyasse Baddih before Amin Bial doubled the advantage. The Dutch side controlled the first half and gave very little away defensively, frustrating Retainers Stoned while creating chances of their own. By the interval, Victory United held a deserved 2–0 lead and looked full of belief.

If the first half belonged to Victory United, the second was even more emphatic. Amin Bial continued his outstanding display by completing a hat-trick, while Faisal Baddih added two more goals to continue his own excellent scoring form. Ilyasse Baddih also grabbed his second of the afternoon as the Dutch side swept aside their English opponents with an irresistible attacking display. Retainers Stoned battled throughout but simply had no answer to Victory United's movement and clinical finishing as the scoreline stretched to a remarkable 7–0.

The result completed one of the most dramatic turnarounds of the group stage. After losing their opening two matches without scoring, Victory United had responded with consecutive victories over FC NoeNoe and Retainers Stoned by an aggregate score of 10–0 . The six points lifted them from the foot of the table into third place, just a single point behind the Cup qualification positions heading into the final round of fixtures. It was a sensational revival that very few could have predicted. For Retainers Stoned, it was a disappointing setback after showing encouraging signs in their previous two matches, and they would now need a positive result in their final group game to keep their Plate hopes alive.
