On
the eve of Holland's appearance in the World Cup
Final 12 teams battled it out for glory on a gloriously
sunny day in Amsterdam. Goldsmith Williams reached
their 4th final and claimed their 2nd title when
they gained revenge for the 2009 Prague Masters
final with victory over their arch rivals Lozenetz
City of Bulgaria.
In
the Plate Final Dark Horses beat CUGO of Scotland
in a reversal of fortune after they met in the
Group stage. There was further honours for Dark
Horses captain Richard Walker as he claimed the
tournament's top goalscorer award.
It
was a fantastic day of tournament action and everyone
had a great day out in the Amsterdam sun.....not
to mention many a good night out in Amsterdam's
famous nightlife over the weekend!
