Group
B action continued as Cream of the South faced
off against RAF in a match between the teams
in fifth and second positions respectively in
the table.
The
first half of the game saw Tiago Nogueira emerge
as the star of the show for RAF. He found the
back of the net twice, showcasing his expertise
in front of goal and providing his team with
a commanding advantage.
As
the second half began, the match took on a more
physical and niggly tone, with both teams vying
for control. Alberto Panhania managed to score
a goal for Cream of the South, reducing the
deficit and keeping his team in contention.
However, Tiago Nogueira wasn't finished. He
completed his hat-trick with another impressive
goal for RAF, sealing a 3-1 victory for the
Portuguese team.
This
remarkable hat-trick marked the second time
in the tournament that a member of the RAF squad
achieved the feat in just three games. RAF's
victory solidified their position in second
place in Group B, while Cream of the South faced
a challenging situation in the group with two
games to go to target a place in the Plate.
