The lunch break separated Rounds 3 and 4 and CIS Committee Juniors would get an extended break due to their 3-0 walkover win over GBS Reds. All eyes were on Pitches B and C for the action on the field with the other 4 teams all playing.

The first game after lunch on the field of play in Round 4 was the not-so-small matter of OKFC versus Frank Hirth. OKFC currently propped up the table but had another chance here to kickstart their campaign.

Frank Hirth currently occupied third position and could join the two league leaders on 9 points with a win (temporarily at least as the teams above them would meet on Pitch C whilst this game was being played). Frank Hirth had suffered the biggest loss of the day to date against Damjan Radeka in Round 2 but they were to set a new record here with the biggest win of the entire tournament.

OKFC had been competitive in the first half of games to date but not here as they fell victim to a Frank Hirth onslaught. Frank Hirth raced into a 5-0 lead by the break and by full-time it was 9-2. Dan Spackman helped himself to 4 goals to spearhead the attack whilst he was ably assisted by David Crabtree, Dan Davis (2), Steven Cameron and Mark funnel.

The biggest cheer of the game and possibly the biggest cheer for a goal all day came when Alistair Harding fired home for OKFC's first of the day. Henry Bird also scored on his stag weekend – on the pitch we mean – as he claimed OKFC's second.

The final game of Round 4 was a huge one in the context of Group A. It was the battle of the two teams at the top as Damjan Radeka met Team Extreme. Both teams had a 100% record with 3 wins out of 3. Damjan Radeka boasted an 11-0 goal difference compared to Team Extreme's 9-1.

The superior goal difference may have made Damjan Radeka slight favourites before kick-off but they were certainly favourites when they lead 1-0 at half-time thanks to a strike from Rehat Yessenzhanov. It would be an uphill task for Team Extreme now against a team who was yet to concede in the tournament.

Damjan Radeka's goalkeeper, Petr Konecny, was finally beaten in the second half as Chika Kalu equalised for Team Extreme. As things stood the draw was a better result for Damjan Radeka as they would still lead the group with a 1-1 draw. The game would not finish 1-1 though and it was Dave Cole who proved to be the hero as he put Team Extreme 2-1 up.

It was quite a turnaround from the English team and quite a result. It maintained their 100% record and meant they were in pole position to qualify for the Cup although it was not mathematically done and dusted. Damjan Radeka still had work to do going into the final round of games.
