Fejlodes
were back on the field next against Budapest
Celtic Hoops. Both teams had lost narrowly in
their opening game (both 1-0) so were looking
to bounce back quickly and put some points on
the Group B table.
It
was 0-0 at half-time meaning these two teams
had each gone 3 halves of football without scoring
but all that was to change in the second half.
The teams had clearly been saving up their goals
as they shared five amongst them after the break.
Michael
Gaal made it 1-0 to Fejlodes to put the team
in red ahead. It was Michael Gaal again who
doubled the advantage to make it 2-0. If Fejlodes
thought they had the game won they would be
mistaken as Joe Whaley pulled a goal back for
Budapest Celtic Hoops. The two goal advantage
was restored thanks to Nikita Petenko.
Budapest
Celtic Hoops could not be shaken off though
and they reduced the deficit to one goal again
when Jason Clowes made it 3-2. There was barely
time to re-start the game when the referee's
final whistle blew. Fejlodes had done it – their
first victory in eurofootballfives.com competition.
