The first Plate Semi-Final was an all-England contest between Bushells Old Boys and Los Amblos. Bushells Old Boys were the favourites with the higher placed group finish, 6 points compared to 3 in the group phase, a goal difference of +2 compared to -8, more goals scored and naturally less conceded overall.

Bushells Old Boys took control of the semi-final with a strong first-half display, opening the scoring through Danny Wood before Paul Johnstone doubled the advantage. Johnstone's goal was his third of the tournament, and the English side continued to press their advantage as Wood struck again to make it 3-0. Wood's second of the game was also his third of the tournament, giving Bushells Old Boys a commanding lead at the interval. The second half followed a similar pattern, with Bushells Old Boys continuing to add to their advantage. John O Donnell extended the lead before Neil Morgan got his name on the scoresheet, registering his fourth goal of the tournament in the process. Paul Johnstone then completed the scoring with his second of the game, taking the final score to 6-0. At the other end, Terry Cosgrove kept a clean sheet as Bushells Old Boys completed a convincing performance.

The result sends Bushells Old Boys through to the Plate Final, where they will now have the opportunity to finish their tournament with some silverware. Los Amblos' campaign comes to an end at the semi-final stage, but they can take plenty of credit for reaching the knockout rounds after finishing fourth in their group. A big thank you to Los Amblos for competing in Lloret de Mar and for their efforts throughout the tournament.

The second Plate Semi-Final saw Poland's TEAM Polonia Limerick take on Ukraine's Tavria. 12 months ago TEAM Polonia Limerick reached this same stage as they beat Los Amblos 3-2 en route to the final. Tavria were competing in the Cup Semi-Final where they drew 0-0 with JK Silvertown before a penalty shoot-out exit. Today, TEAM Polonia Limerick had the better stats with a 3 rd placed group finish, superior goal difference, a higher goal tally and a stronger defence. TEAM Polonia Limerick were the highest ranked of all the Plate teams with 7 points and just one defeat in the group phase.

TEAM Polonia Limerick made the breakthrough as Miro Kurzeja put the Polish side 1-0 ahead. Kurzeja's strike was his third goal of the tournament and gave Polonia the advantage they had been looking for in a closely contested Plate semi-final. Tavria remained within touching distance, but TEAM Polonia Limerick continued to hold the upper hand and eventually doubled their lead through Colin Scanlan, whose goal was his sixth of the tournament.

Tavria responded with a goal from Oleksii Marchenko, giving the Ukrainian side renewed hope as they reduced the deficit to 2-1. Marchenko's strike was his second of the day and ensured Polonia could not afford to relax during the closing stages. Despite Tavria's attempt to find an equaliser, TEAM Polonia Limerick held onto their advantage and secured their place in the Plate Final.

TEAM Polonia Limerick now advance to the Plate Final, continuing their impressive run in this competition after reaching the same stage 12 months ago before going on to finish as runners-up. They will now have the chance to go one step further and claim the Plate title. For Tavria, the tournament comes to an end at the semi-final stage, following a strong group campaign and a run that saw them finish among the leading Plate sides. A big thank you to Tavria for competing in Lloret de Mar and for their efforts throughout the tournament.
