The highly anticipated fourth round of fixtures in Group A kicked off with a clash between table-toppers Foot 130 and third-placed El Cholo. Foot 130 had been in formidable form, winning all of their previous matches, while El Cholo had secured two victories out of three.

The match started with a flurry of excitement as Rodrigue Altikossie continued his impressive goal-scoring form for Foot 130. Altikossie found the back of the net, giving Foot 130 an early 1-0 lead. This marked Altikossie's third goal of the tournament, further establishing him as a key player for his team.

However, El Cholo quickly responded to the setback. Their star forward, Mehdi Al Khalili, who had scored in every game so far, stepped up once again. This goal not only leveled the score but also marked the first goal that Foot 130 had conceded in the tournament. The first half concluded with the teams deadlocked, providing an intriguing setup for the second half.

As the game resumed in the second half, Foot 130 intensified their efforts to reclaim the lead. El Cholo's defense put up a valiant fight, but Foot 130 managed to break through. Thibault Margottat scored the winning goal for Foot 130, securing a crucial advantage for his team. Despite El Cholo's best efforts to equalize once again, Foot 130's defense remained resolute, denying their opponents any clear opportunities. The match finished 2-1 as Foot 130 further solidified their position at the top of the table. El Cholo's chances of Cup qualification had taken a dent and they would now Uden Filter to fail to win their final two games to qualify for the elite knockout competition.

El Cholo's defeat meant Uden Filter needed just the one win from their final two games in order to qualify for the Cup. The Danish team were due to play Foot 130 in their final game so you felt this match against Abington Stanley represented their best chance of securing that win they needed.

Abington Stanley would feel a bit unfortunate to only have three points to show for their efforts. They were still very much in the hunt for Cup qualification but they had to win this one. If they could then there would be three teams separated by just 1 point going into the final round and chasing that final Cup berth. With Uden Filter due to play the league leaders the door would be very much ajar for El Cholo and Abington Stanley.

The match started with both teams displaying great determination but it was Uden Filter who gained the early advantage when Mohammad Shabban Hussain scored to give his team a 1-0 first half lead. Abington Stanley fought valiantly to find an equalizer, but Uden Filter's defense held firm, limiting scoring opportunities. In the second half Uden Filter extended their lead with a goal from Kaan Onal. Onal's strike put Uden Filter in a comfortable position with a 2-0 advantage. As the final whistle blew Uden Filter celebratednot only a well-deserved 2-0 victory but also Cup qualification – very well done to them.

Up next on Pitch A was Cheesecake FC versus Bullets FC. On their previous 11 appearances at our events, Cheesecake FC had qualified for the Cup on 9 occasions and the Plate twice. They currently sat in sixth position but three points off fourth position. They had two games to go to try and avoid elimination at the group phase for the first time in their 13 year history with us. In their way stood Bullets FC who had secured a 1-1 draw with Uden Filter (the only points that the Danish team had dropped) but since then suffered two defeats. Bullets FC needed the points just as much as Cheesecake FC in order to qualify for the Plate.

If you were a betting man you'd fancy a flutter on Bullets FC leading 1-0 at half-time as Cheesecake FC had found themselves a goal down at the break in all three games to date. If you'd put your money on it you'd be collecting your winnings as Lewis Cotterell was the man on target for Bullets FC.

The second half kicked off with Bullets FC still a goal to the good but they were soon to strengthen their position as Corey Smith's goal made it 2-0. Cheesecake FC were still looking for their first goal of the tournament and it proved to be elusive as Bullets FC ultimately secured their first win of the day. It was a win that saw them climb to fourth in the table. They currently occupied the second Plate qualification position with one round of fixtures still to go.
