The final game for CSF Kiwi in Playoff Group B was against the Legends of Spain. A win for the CSF would put both teams on 6 points along with the Prisoners and leaving it down to goal difference to decide the two teams who would make the elite Cup competition. At half-time they were well in with a chance as they were holding their Spanish opponents 1-1 with Ross Bowman (CSF Kiwi) and Luis Marias Lopez (Legends) goals cancelling each other out.

Legends were emerging as a second half team as they turned a 1-1 scoreline at half-time into a 5-1 win against Prisoners. They were at it again in this game as 1-1 at half-time became 4-1 at full time thanks to an explosive 2nd half. The chief architect of their victory was hat-trick hero Drmdudu Msud. The win confirmed Legends as Group B champions on 9 points and condemned CSF Kiwi to the Plate where they would meet sister squad CSF Oz and Art Hosteleria.

The only other admin to sort out was to add a 3-0 Prisoners walkover victory to the group standings which would confirm them in second place. They qualified for the Cup and would have 3 games to see if they could take the 2009 Valencia Fives title.
