Round 4 began with the non-fixture of Al Kaloida versus FC Biermeisters. The 3-0 win and the 3 points were added to the league table and suddenly things looked a bit brighter for the Biermeisters.

 
 
 

Saipan FC came into the game on the back of their first onfield win and another one here would see them go top of the table overtaking their opponents in this next fixture. Their opponents were Csabagyongye who were looking in good form.

The Hungarians were top of the table and they were going to stay there as they produced another convincing victory. They won 4-0 in Round 3 and added another 4-0 win here in Round 4. They were the team to beat on current form.

Gergely Koczcka got them on their way with a quickfire double before Balint Szmiler made it 3-0 and all before half-time. Peter Dovak added to his hat-trick in the previous game to complete the scoring in this game.

Csabagyongye were on top and looking strong. Saipan FC were mid-table but with 3 games to go still had a chance to climb the league.

 
 
 

New Milton Eagles were unbeaten but 5 points off top due to the result above. A couple of draws had stunted their progress. A win here would see them correct that to some degree. They would play Alphasights who since ending up pointless in Round 1 had collected a maximum 6 points since and they could move within a point of top if they emerged victorious from this tie.

Alexander Reid opened the scoring for Alphasights in the first half. Whilst New Milton Eagles had drawn too many we're sure they'd prefer that to defeat and they'd have probably taken a draw if you'd offered it to them at this stage. They would probably have snapped your hand off for the draw when Dean Prosinecka doubled the lead for Alphasights.

Final score was 2-0 and Alphasights were up into 2nd place but there was still one more game to play in Round 4.

 
 
 

SV Zoo would meet GBS Reds to complete Round 4. The team from Berlin were performing well so far and had secured 7 points out of 9 to date. Another win here and they would rejoin Csabagyongye at the top of the table.

GBS Reds needed the points to start climbing the table and were finding the going tough at the moment. These games were generally being settled by fine margins and this game was no different. There was to be just the one goal between the two teams and it was Tobias Krenz of SV Zoo who scored it and bagged all 3 points for his team.

The result meant there was just 1 point between the top 3 teams and these 3 teams were slowly moving away from the chasing pack.
