Alea Iacta Est have been getting closer and closer to glory in our events. They were Cup Quarter-Finalists (Gdansk 2018), Semi-Finalists (Gdansk 2019) and runners-up (Warsaw 2020) until the 10th September 2022 was the day they became eurofootballfives.com Cup winners at the 2022 Krakow Veterans. They were involved in a thrilling Cup Final in which they defeated Thursday Veterans, 4-3.

In the Plate competition it was success for Krwiodawcy - silverware in our tournaments on debut. They were made to work hard for it by two teams from Bure Park. They needed penalties to defeat Bure Park Seniors in the Semi-Finals and then there was a narrow 1-0 win over Bure Park Old Boys in the Plate Final.

Individual honours of the day went to Mark Ashurst of FC Dad's Club. He was tournament top scorer with a sensational haul of 10 goals.
