Bratislava was welcomed to the party as a brand new destination in 2014 and it' was straight back into the schedules for 2015.

We had teams from England, France, Germany, Ireland and Slovakia all participating to compete for the title of 2015 Bratislava Fives champions. There was a strong local presence with 3 Slovakian teams reaching the Cup Semi-Finals and The A Team of France the last of the travelling teams in with a chance of success.

The A Team were looking favourites until GSF Drunkerz stunned them in the Cup Final with a penalty separating the two sides. There was some consolation for Dydynho of The A Team who won his third Top Goalscorer award. GSF Drunkerz became the first Slovakian team to win a title.

In the Plate competition there was success for the St Paul's Old Boys who added the Plate to their trophy cabinet as they had done so in Amsterdam last season. They defeated Team Bear II in the final.

We had a sensational day of action in Budapest  to mark the 5th annual Budapest Fives. CIS Committee of Belarus were back in Hungary to defend the title they won 12 months ago. They also won the 2014 Bratislava Fives and were looking to make it 3 successive tournament wins in a row. They made it all the way to the Cup Final where they met local side Csabagyonge. It was the Hungarians who emerged victorious and claim a maiden Cup win!

In the Plate competition, it was Naranjitos of Spain who were successful as they added the 2015 Budapest Fives Plate to the 2014 Barcelona Fives Plate. They defeated Budapest Celtic Tigers 3-0 in the Final.

There was some compensation for Sergey Polyakov whose CIS Committee team couldn't take the Cup win but he took the Top Goalscorer award with 8 goals on the day.

The 2015 Algarve Open proved to be another great tournament in this fantastic destination. With no home victory in the Algarve Open until 2014, Futeboladas made it two Portuguese wins in two years as they lifted the coveted trophy. They won the Cup Final 3-0 against an RC Lens team that had looked to be the champions elect but just couldn't get over the line down the final straight. Tournament top goalscorer Miguel Perreira's 8 goals in the tournament helped his team to glory.

The Plate Final saw two English debutants reach the final game and it as AFC Shooters A who beat Mavericks 3-0 to take the winners medals in the presentation. On the night that Barcelona won the Champions League it was AFC Shooters A who partied like true champions.

The Veterans Tournament turned 3 years old in 2015 and after visits to Lisbon and Mallorca we hit the glorious shores of the Algarve. Last year's runners-up, The Blackouts, were keen to go one step further this year and they went all the way to the Cup Final again. They lost 1-0 in the Final in 2014 and drew the Final here 1-1 in 2015. The tournament was to be decided by a penalty shoot-out which saw Mini FC claim the title and The Blackouts miss out again - by the narrowest of margins.

There was some consolation for The Blackouts as they feature the top goalscorer for the second year in a row - Shane Cox the man to collect the award this year.

In the Plate competition it was Norton Old Boys who won their second Plate competition. They defeated The Warriors (on debut) in the final.

The 2015 Mallorca Tournament was our 6th tournament in Mallorca and following 2 wins for Spain, 1 win for France and 2 wins for England it was the turn of Ireland to claim glory on this Spanish party island! Saipan FC became the first team from Ireland to win a tournament as they defeated a very good ZVC Indoor Gent team from Belgium, 1-0, in the Final.

In the Plate competition there was home success for Seleccion Balear who narrowly missed out on the Cup competition and made up for this disappointment by cruising to victory with 3 successive wins in the Plate. They featured the tournament's top goalscorer, Juan Garcia, with 15 goals.

When the referee blew the final whistle on proceedings it was Pink Flamingos A who were successful edging out Ireland's Hurting Berlin in an enthrally and highly competitive Cup Final. In the Plate competition there was success for Tommie's Guns in their second adventure as they came from behind in the final moments of the final to turn a 3-2 deficit into a 4-3 win over debutants Rayford Athletic.
