Skidmarks
defeated defending champions Los de Casa
(playing as Futbol City in 2010) not once
but twice on the way to the 2011 Valencia
Fives title. The two teams met in Group
C and again in the final as Skidmarks notched
up two convincing wins - 6-3 and 4-0. There
was also personal glory for Skidmarks' Luke
Hatfield as he claimed the top goalscorer
award with 13 goals in 7 games.
In
the Plate competition it was two familiar
teams to eurofootballfives competition both
reaching their first European final with
us as Kings Old Boys met Bridge House. Kings
Old Boys stormed into a 3-0 lead before
Bridge House pegged them back to 3-2 but
the sands of time ran out on Bridge House
as Kings Old Boys collected the winning
trophy.
Karma
FC were the Wooden Spoon winners following
a 2-1 Golden Goal victory over Chase Terrace
Rangers.
It
was a great day's competition and played
in a sensational atmosphere. Roll on the
