16 teams stepped forward to do battle on a glorious autumn day in Prague . The prize at the end of the day was to triumphantly lift the 2007 Prague Trophy.

The Prague Trophy is the second event in 2007 to be held in the Czech capital, following the successful Prague Masters in July. In July a local Czech team had the honour of holding the trophy. 11 UK sides had assembled to see if they could prevent one of the 5 Czech teams winning on this occasion. The teams were split into 4 groups of 4, with the top 2 teams progressing to the prestigious Cup Competition whilst the 3 rd and 4 th placed teams went forward into the Plate Competition, still with a chance to collect silverware.

Please read on to see how the action unfolded over a great day of competition.
