80% of our teams had eurofootballfives.com experience but it was debutants, Banerka, who emerged victorious. They were our top scorers and had the best goal difference on the day and were deservedly crowned champions. They were the first home winners since 2010. They defeated Lanky Londoners 4-2 in an entertaining Cup Final.

In the Plate competition it was success for Alea Iacta Est - their first silverware in our tournaments althouh they came close at the 2020 Warsaw Tournament where they were Cup Runners-Up, They defeated Giggs Boson 1-0 in the Plate Final.

Individual honours of the day went to Theo Stubbs of Lanky Londoners. He was tournament top scorer with a sensational haul of 15 goals.

It was great to be back on tour and great to be back in Barcelona as we enjoyed a fantastic weekend in Catalunya.

A fantastic day's competition saw teams from England, Poland, Russia and Spain compete for the title. We had 2x eurofootballfives.com winners in action as current Amsterdam Fives champions (Epsilon Rovers) and 2015 Barcelona winners Club Esportiu Llefia took to the field. It was the latter who emerged victorious as they became the first team in 16 editions of the tournament to claim the title twice. They were made to work hard for it as they had to come from 2-0 down in the Cup Final to win 3-2.

In the Plate competition it was success for FC Maroon - their first silverware in our tournaments althouh they came close at the 2016 Riga Tournament where they were Trophy Runners-Up, After a 1-1 draw in normal time versus Old Boys Blue Magic Dublin they clinched the victory via a penalty shoot-out.
