made a sensational debut in the Baltic region
in September 2016 when we travelled to Riga. The
tournament was a huge success and so we have decided
to extend our reach in the region and travel to
Vilnius for September 2017. Vilnius will become
our 13th European tournament destination and the
first to be held in Lithuania. This really is
a great chance to play football in, enjoy the
nightlife of and explore the city of Vilnius.
The
tournament is a 5-a-side football tournament aimed
at teams of a social / amateur standard. So, whether
you are a 5-a-side team, 11-a-side team, a team
from work, on a stag weekend or just a group of
mates looking to play some friendly yet competitive
football whilst on tour - this is for you. A weekend
of travel, football and beers - what more could
you ask for?
So,
why Vilnius? The Old Town is a UNESCO World
Heritage site and Europe's largest Baroque capital
full of charm and beauty. It is the perfect backdrop
whilst you chill out with a cool beer and people
watch from the courtyards and beer gardens of
the bars and restuarants of the Old Town whilst
you make your plans for your night out in Vilnius.
The
Vilnius nightlife scene is vibrant with lots of
clubs, restaurants and bars to suit a variety
of tastes and preferences. Vilnius is also inexpensive
by Western European standards and is considered
cheaper for food & drink than its fellow Baltics
of Riga and Tallinn.. So, your night out will
last longer for less and provides great value.
