So
after the shock of Karcinogeni's disqualification
at the end of round 6, the league was again right
open. Byraspor already knew they had qualified
as they could not be caught by Northam Celtic
in 5 th . Kehar Club enjoyed their walkover against
the Lions Bar so they were also through. That's
Right had now finished their games so were waiting
to see if they finished 3 rd or 4 th .
This
meant all eyes were on the Slepi Kone Vs Northam
Celtic match. If Slepi Kone could avoid defeat
they would qualify - a draw would see them meet
top of the table Byraspor in the semi final, a
win would mean playing Kehar Club. Northam Celtic
knew only a win would be good enough to see them
reach the semi final.
A
tight game was expected and that's what it proved
to be. Northam Celtic took the lead but could
not keep it going until the final whistle and
were pegged back by a dogged Slepi Kone side.
The match finished 1-1 and the semi finalists
were now known.
