Onto
round 5 and the league was developing nicely -
the top 6 all with a good chance of qualifying
and the Fighting Pukekos were still only 4 points
off the 4 th place needed for the semi finals.
However their hope was dealt a big blow after
a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Slepi Kone. In contrast
though, Slepi Kone were upwardly mobile with two
straight wins and they were now 4 th .
Karcinogeni
held onto top spot after a hard fought 3-2 win
over Northam Celtic. Celtic were 2-0 up at half
time and a shock looked on the cards. However,
a red card for deliberate handball saw the momentum
swing and the extra man told with Karcinogeni
squeezing through 3-2.
Second
met third when That's Right took on Kehar Club.
Kehar Club won at a canter though in what should
have been a tight affair - 5-0 to the Czech club.
As a result, Byraspor leapfrogged That's Right
into 3 rd after 3 points from their win against
the Lions Bar. The result was even more damaging
for That's Right, who slipped from 3rd to 5 th
and out of the qualifying places.
