Squad Sizes:	8 - 13 players	Surface:	Artificial Grass
Teams:	Male only	Minimum age:	See above
Competitions:	Cup and Plate	Ball used:	Size 5 Football
Rules:	Standard FIFA 11-a-side rules but no-offsides, rolling subs and goalkeepers can not kick from the hand.

Format: 2 groups of 6 teams will play in the group stages. The top two teams progress to the Cup which will then be played on a knockout basis. The teams placed third and fourth will progress to the Plate which will also be played on a knockout basis.
