• Contact details: Your name, telephone number and email address.
• Numbers: The number of players attending and how many teams you want to enter.
• Tournament: Please mention the tournament(s) you are interested in.
• Hotel: If you have selected the hotel you wish to stay in please advise us.
• Extra Activities: If there are any extra activities (daytime, nightlife or stag/hen adult extras) you wish to do during your stay, please advise.
• Duration of stay: Please advise how many nights you wish to stay.
• Dates: Please also advise the dates i.e. if you want to stay 3 nights please advise if you want to stay Thurs-Sun or Fri-Mon.
• 11-a-side tour: If you are interested in a full 11-a-side tour (in conjunction with a tournament or independently) please tell us as many details as you can and we will prepare a proposal for you.
